Front Straight, Turns 1 & 2: Bridgehampton Road Racing Circuit
Last extant segments of former road racing course which occupied this site for many years. Circuit ran in usual clockwise direction. Track length 2.85 miles with 12 turns. These first couple of corners were reputed to be some of the most difficult in the United States. Other traces of the track may be seen amongst the golf course currently occupying the site. One of which is the pedestrian overpass with the Chevron sign on it.
