El Camino Nuevo (Los Angeles, California)
Not to be confused with El Camino Real, El Camino Nuevo was built in 1895 to bypass the trecherous Devil's Pass on the old Santa Susana Pass stagecoach road. It was used until 1917, when the state decided to build Santa Susana Pass Road.
