One of the famous streets in Kuwait, Amr ibn Ala'as street, aka Mata'em street
( stands for restaurants in Arabic ).
As from the name this street includes more than a dozen restaurants along the sides, wide range of Lebanese, Egyptian, Hindi, and Khaliji dishes, as well as some serve American style food too. The street is usually crowded at night, where many people order their dinner their, especially on weekends or celebrtion. This caused the traffic to choke, since people used the U-turn (on the Balajat street )to enter this street.

The municipal council resolved the problem by exchanging the entrance/exit of the one sided (Balajat street) with a intersection traffic light, this caused to decrease the traffic jam in both Balajat and Amr ibn Ala'as streets.

The traffic light is of shape T, recently constructed so the map does not show it.
Actually the old entrence/exit is obvious.
