Virginia Route 8 (Woolwine Highway) (Buffalo Ridge)
Virginia Route 8 is a primary state route running 56 miles the North Carolina line south of Stuart to Christiansburg, via Floyd. It also passes through Woolwine and Riner. It is primarily a two lane highway with little development but connects the New River Valley region to the cities of Martinsville and Danville. North Carolina Route 8 continues south to Winston-Salem and Lexington before ending at New London, NC.
