Virginia Route 148 is an east-west primary state route running along a 0.87-mile (1.40 km) section of Chances Creek Road from Interstate 77 to U.S. Route 52 near Fancy Gap, Virginia. Via US 52, Route 148 connects I-77 with the Blue Ridge Parkway, which do not connect directly.
