US 54 East / US 77 North / US 400 East (Augusta, Kansas)
US Highway 54 begins in El Paso, TX from Loop 375 next to the Mexico border. It heads north into New Mexico and joins Interstate 40 from Santa Rosa, NM to Tucumcari, NM. It crosses US 385 in Dalhart, TX and US 64/US 412 in Guymon, OK. It continues east through Wichita, KS then northeast past I-70 in Missouri. Shortly after entering Illinois, US 54 ends at I-72 north of Pittsfield.
US Highway 77 begins at the Mexico border in Brownsville, TX. It continues north through Refugio and Dallas (concurrent with I-35E). It's also concurrent with I-35 in Oklahoma City. US 77 passes through eastern Kansas and Nebraska ending at the Iowa border near Sioux City, IA.
US Highway 400 begins at US 385 in Granada, CO. It is cosigned with US 50 from its start until 135 miles later in Dodge City, KS. US 400 does not veer from US 50 from Granada to Dodge City. Shortly after leaving Dodge City, the road joins US 54 until Augusta, KS (east of Wichita). Just a few miles before the Missouri border, US 400 turns south with US 69 and Alternate US 69. It joins US 166 and immediately after entering Missouri, the road ends at I-44.
