    Was based in Monty Barracks in '80 - '82. Many a good night in Charlottenburg, happy days! A few bad nights dug in on the Tuefelsburg at -33C, not so happy days!!!!! Berlin, I loved it.

    we came to berlin in december and stayed at the hotel berlin, we had a glorious room, the view was excellent, the food was good, drinks a bit pricey, the surrouding area was very clean we were not to far from all the amenties ecpecially the brandenburg tor, the nightlife was very good and so were the eateries, we would come back to berlin in a flash because the people were so accomdating.
