Besides the fishing wealth of Zirje Aquatorium, the interior of the island is a rich hunting area (hares, pheasants etc.) which makes Zirje an interesting destination for those wishing hunting vacation.
It is also very impressive to see the underwater life in the sea surrounding the island.
If you have your own diving equipment you can visit a protected archeological site in the bay of Koromasnja. At the depth of 40 meters it is possible to see wreck of an antique ship with amphoras.

Their value is recognized in «Tour for Zir» - an Off -Road Bike competition held every year on the last Saturday in September, attracting many competitors from other countries.
During the year, Zirje is well connected by boat lines with the rest of the continent (twice a day) and also by ferry (twice a day) from Sibenik port.
You can reach Zirje Island by personal means of transportation because Zirje has asphalt roads and routes up to 20 kilometers long!
In the port of Muna, on the island, there is a grocery shop. There is also a Café bar «Riva» in the port of Muna.
You can find three restaurants (called «Konoba») in the bays of Mikavica, Koromasnja and Stupica which offer homemade specialties, including fresh Zirjan fish.
