  This site belongs to Vishwakarma Welfare Association(Regd. S. No. 233/89-90)and is the absolute OWNER of this property. Vishwakarma Welfare Association has two buildings in this property. The first one an RCC hall of approximately 20'*60', is originally build as a Marriage hall, now rented to a plastic moulding factory. The second building has sheet roofing and is used by the association as its office for more than 10 Years. Both this buildings where constructed using the donation form the members.
