Presumed position of an ancient bridge of about 300 AD. The bridge led near Sultançayır over Makestos (Susurluk Cay) on the connection between the villages Hadrianutherai (Balıkesir) and Miletopolis (Karacabey).
The bridge had 15 segment arches, was 6.35 m wide and approximately 234 m long.
