Musquodoboit Harbour is a natural harbour in Canada on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia. East of Pestpeswick Inlet and west of Jeddore Harbour, Musquodoboit Harbour is a 10 kilometre long estuary which measures approximately 2 kilometres wide at its southern end (the mouth) while narrowing to less than 100 metres wide at the northern end where the Musquodoboit River discharges into the harbour.
