  • Ex-Seceratary ( Mr. A.J. Mendies) of Modern Usha Colony, Malad West was paid Electricity Bill to reliance One wing was Approx Rs.22000/- per month and he was paid two years continuously for Rs.22000/-. The Other wing were bill was approx Rs.800/-. Please beware of this men.
  • Mr.A.J.Mendis, Renitta Natto & Neeraj Desai have sold out this redevelopment project for their selfish & vested interest only. They all have spoiled the redevelopment with they few members. They have taken a huge & big bribe at the cost of members interest. Mends is very cunning man he has put the society in litigation for his self interest with the help of builder, who want the society with his bad intention. He is playing dirty role of Divide & Rule policy. members are simple & innocent.
  • Why don't you members complaint to MCGM P/North Ward as all the buildingsame are dilapidated and let MCGM issue notice U/s354 to all buildings. b) All unsatisfied members unite and file a separate independent Suit in Bombay High Court after MCGM issues notice as aforesaid and make Society (present and past ) whosoever they are and also the developer for lapses (if any) and seek declaration that Registrar of Co-op Society take lead and get the redevelopment done. Engage a good counsel surely all with malafide intentions will take a back seat.
  • Please don't fall prey to the developers and ill motive members nexus. Now a days court takes all defaulting builders and society to task I guess the litigation in court is an eye wash to fool innocent society members Why don't the current serving society bring the true facts before Hon'ble High Court. If there exists any difference of opinion with respect to redevelopment or repairs, let the MCGM Ward refer the matter to TAC( Technical Advisory Committee) thereafter it's report will be binding and no independent and opposing building members would be able to get any order from court.
