  • I believe this swamp was actually a result of the cometary body's explosion and subsequent depositing of massive amounts of hail (ice), what a comet is composed of! (Ice and dust) That a massive chunk of exploded ice would supply enough liquid to cause the formation of this swamp is reasonable to me!
  • This is the soil which was plowed up by the collision of meteorites.
