This community in North DeKalb inside I-285 is made up of several subdivisions including Tuxedo Forrest, Gainsborough West , Candler Lake Estates and Tuxedo Forest. The historic Fischer Mansion is considered a part of the community. Nancy Creek is on the south side of the neighborhood. The High School is Chamblee and the Elementary School was Nancy Creek but is now Montgomery Elementary. Murphey Candler lake offers a running trail of about 1 1/2 miles as well as a linkage to the Path Trail which goes to Blackburn park and will one day go to the Chamblee Marta Station.
