This was the first Führer HQ constructed in the small village of Wiesental, Taunus.
The facility was a vast construction with several accommodations for Hitler and the accompanying Wehrmacht Officers.
This HQ was intended to use during "Operation Seelöwe" (sea-lion = Invasion of England).
Hitler used it during some weeks in July 1940 before his dream of sea-lion was spoiled by the RAF.
He used it again in December 1944 during some days when he observed the "battle of the bulge" (Ardennenoffensive).
