  • Urbanização Malvarosa Parque is an interesting urban developement full of local portuguese residents, youth with a strong portuguese & urban life-style.I would say there's people with rude behavour and most the children are noisy at public spaces. The enviroment is pleasant but i may say is very annoing find dogs-poo on the paviments. The prices are very high and really advice to learn portuguese to avoid often missunderstoods. As foreigner, I didn't by any flat there.
  • Urbanização Malvarosa is has been a sucessful development to local people that use to be polite(not rude). In Portugal, as in Malvarosa Parque, the children are always welcome in the shops and public spaces as restaurants and never leave them alone at home. These portuguese residents are the soul of the enviroment and i agree is elementar to speek and read portuguese.
  • You really must be talking about some other place than Malvarosa, as your description is somewhat misleading about the neighbourhood. Actually Malvarosa is a very good place to live, as the quality of housing is clearly above standard. In fact, if there's a problem, is that the place lacks public spaces and public services. Also, public transportation offer should be increased. Going for 2 years living in Alverca, I find the statement that the children are noisy at public spaces quite funny, at least. If you can afford a pricier home that will give you in return high-quality living standards, then Malvarosa should be an option to consider. Also, It's surprising that your name is Sophie, as the English skills your display are, at least, sub-standard, without being able to put a simple 4 word phrase correctly. My advice is: Avoid writing in English (and speaking it btw) so that you can avoid being missunderstood!
