A shopping plaza that was formerly anchored by a Publix Supermarket, an Eckerd's drug store and a Lums restaurant. As of February 2009, all the stores have moved out; Dollar General was the last tenant.

It was demolished and became part of the City of Margate Community Resource Agency's plans for a "downtown Margate". Demolition began in September of 2009.
