Historical Waco Suspension Bridge over the Brazos River near downtown Waco. Was the longest suspension bridge when it was completed.
It started out as a cattle bridge (1870) and later became a vehicular bridge and remained so for 100 years until it was retired and limited to being just a pedestrian walkway.
