Sidney Access Campsite

This is a pretty Willamette River Trail campsite for small groups. There's no public road access, though a road is quite nearby. Access from the river isn't that easy, either. There's a rock ledge to pull one or two small boats up on, with just a moderate swirling current, and then a steep (slippery if wet?) scramble 30 feet up to the campsite. In 2008 there was shade, a table, a chemical toilet, and plenty of tent space.
