U-41 was a German type IX U-boat of World War II.She was commissioned April 22, 1939 with Kapitänleutnant Gustav-Adolf Mugler in command.U-41 conducted three patrols.U-41 was sunk by depth charges from HMS Antelope on February 5, 1940.All hands were lost.
