The Tropics Trail is an indoor trail that gives the impression of being in the Rain Forest. The Tropics Trail contains a variety of animals, including:

White Cheeked Gibbon (Nomascus concolor)
Tree-kangaroo (Dendrolagus ursinus)
Ring-tailed Lemur (Lemur catta)
Binturong (Arctictis binturong)
Komodo Dragon (Varanus komodoensis)
Red Panda (Ailurus fulgens)
Golden Lion Tamarin (Leontopithecus rosalia)
Greater Indian Hornbill (Buceros bicornis)
Tamandua (Tamandua tetradactyla)
Greater Mouse-deer (Tragulus napu)
Visayan Warty Pig (Sus cebifrons)
Lesser Flamingo (Phoenicopterus minor)
Burmese Python(Python molurus bivittatus)
Asian Small-clawed Otter (Aonyx cinerea)
Linnaeus's Two-toed Sloth (Choloepus didactylus)

However, visitors should note that by summer 2010 the former sun bear exhibit is going to become home to a variety of animals, including Dwarf Crocodiles and rock hyrax. The Former Nocturnal animal area will be converted into a reptile hallway.
