Uniwide Coastal Mall (Parañaque)

Formerly Uniwide Coastal Mall and a temporary bus terminal. It was the terminal for buses serving the southwestern parts of Luzon such as Cavite and western Batangas as well as city buses bound to Metro Manila, Rizal and Bulacan.

The temporary terminal for the South-West routes covers almost 1.4 hectares of Uniwide Mall property along Parañaque coastal road was leased by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) until it transferred its operations in HK Sun Plaza and eventually at Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).

  • too close to the intersection. main entrance is not planned well
  • i don't think the location has anything to do with the coastal mall's condition right now because if you notice, most uniwide malls look like abandoned warehouses. Why? its because of poor management, and SM malls are successful because of that.
