  • I have seen the collapsed of this Dam in August 1992, I and my childhood friends were playing in Benguet Village more or less 5 km away from this Dam at around 2pm We saw a smoke and a crashing sound from this dam, and the sad story here was the Pay loader operator and 5 people died because of the volume of water and mud eroded from this fuckin damn.
