This happy concrete Burger Family (Papa, Mama, Teen and Baby) are kept as the local drive-in A&W was the landmark showing a person had reached the (old) Hillsboro city limits near Shute Park. The old A&W building is now a car dealership well within the (new) city limits, but the Burger Family survives. Teen Burger was once stolen as a prank and a new one procured from the Midwest to fill his place.
