This church is an outstanding example of classicist architecture; it was built during the years 1822-30, designed by Mátyás Zitterbarth.

A semicircular window on a plinth supported by columns decorates the main facade. Above the tympanum is a square-shaped tower topped with a round cupola. Above the doorway are the colourful double coats of arms of the Földváry and Kubinyi families who commissioned the structure. The vaulted interior is uniformly furnished with classicist furniture. The altarpiece, the Sermon on the Mount, is the work of an unknown artist.

The church can be visited by appointment.
