Formerly known as Plaza Chi Liung, it was one of the common and favorite place for teenagers to hangout in the late 80's and early 90's. The mezzanine floor was bustling with arcade gaming and once even had a small funpark. It also used to house a bowling alley and a roller-skating rink.

The building had recently a major facade uplift and renovation works are in progress for the Inland Revenue Board new office.
