This small park in the Greene County Park system consists of little more than a parking lot and a small picnic shelter. It does provide convenient access to the Little Miami Scenic Trail.

An Ohio State historical marker at the site describes it as Tecumseh's birthplace. Although the story is popular in local tradition, the marker may well be wrong. Tecumseh was born in 1768 - before this site (the village of Old Chillicothe) was known to have been in use by the Shawnee tribe.
