In June 2004, the idea of ELBEN Villas began with the beginning of the construction of Villas I. At that time, it was called Orsal-Krieger Villas. By November, people were already moving in, and all ten were completed by January, 2005.

The next month, in February 2005, was the ground breaking for the first eight townhouses in Villas II., which added a swimming pool. It was also during February 2005 that the adjoining lot to Villas II was purchased, which allowed ELBEN Villas to add eight more townhouses, a beautiful garden and three koi fish ponds.--which the lot size of Villas I did not allow. The first eight townhouses with its sparkling swimming pool were completed in July 2005, and the next eight, complete with beautiful garden and koi ponds were completed in July 2006.
