Sæadæt Abad (Persian: سعادت آباد‎) is a neighbourhood located North of Scæhræc e Ghærb. It is considered as one of the most upscale neighbourhoods of North Tehran. Kadj Square in Sæadæt Abad, although incomparable with Scæhræc e Ghærb district's Malls, is famous for its large number of restaurants, you can find as many as 30 fast food restaurants and Coffee Shops in a 100 metre Distance heading north and south from Kadj Square. However, shopping for food in Sæadæt Abad can be a very expensive experience as it houses a large community of wealthy Iranians.
