Moncada is a municipality in the landlocked province of Tarlac in the Philippines. As of the 2010 Census, it had a population of 56,183 people.

Moncada was formerly known as "San Ramon". On July 1, 1875, it was renamed "Moncada" in honor of a certain influential nobility in Spain.
