  • This used to be me and my girlfriend's favorite place to go to get away from the crowds and ride our bikes. When I was going to propose to her, I took her here first. Then at the last minute, I thought "this is the sewage outfall for Vancouver. That isn't very romantic." I proposed at Ambleside Beach instead. We are now happily married for 10 years with 2 kids.
