It located on the east of Zakho town and it have the biggest wheat storage in the area (Silo Zakho) it located on the main road from Zakho to Batufa. Telkaber is really big village but now you can't differentiated from Zakho since Zakho town grow rapidly since 1991. also there is Small creeck named Jalalk Pass by the south of the village normally it almost dried in the summer but it have enough water in the winter and spring.
