Musandam Governorate :
The Governorate consists of Four Wilayats : Khasab, Bukha, Daba and Madha. This area is located in the northern most part of the Sultanate and is separated from the rest of Oman by part of the United Ararb Emirates It has rough mountains reaching a height of 1800 metres above sea level and which jut into the Straits of Hormuz.
