    Vintar is the biggest town of Ilocos Norte in area. V means victory (I heard from my forefathers) and intar means to form a line. The town Vintar was founded by Gobernadorcillo, Don Florentino Camaquin, my ancestral forefather. Instead of hiring people to clear Vintar, he let his kins do it and share them what they can clear.
