Al Khobar Lakes is the first gated community available for sale as private villas; it comprises more than 2000 villas in a series of 9 villages with retail and leisure amenities. It also features 6 lakes with (80,000 m2) of serene water bodies that spread over the villages, with (104,208 m2) wide areas of greenery and parks.

  • It is very exprnsive comparing with Saudi citezens income. It starts from 1250000 S.R. In my last visit to this project in SEP,2009 I was informed that they have conflict with SCECO Co for power supplying. Good luck
  • If they're paying then SCECO should not cause problems especially with their pricing policies regarding high consumption. But this is just the economic justification....
  • اذا الاسعار تبدأ من 1.2 مليون للفيلا معقولة جداً على الخدمات الراقية يكفي ان المشروع مغلق و فية حراسات و حدائق و مدارس و مجمع تجاري و مطاعم الله يخلي الشركات الاماراتية مش ربعنا يفتحلك مساهمة ويسرق فلوس العالم
  • لا والله مو عشان الشركة اماراتية لكن عشان موقع المشروع ممتاز ولا فيه نزاع مع ارامكو ولا اي جهة ثانية مثل الي حاصل مع مساهمات طريق المطار الي بعضها مساهمات راقية مثل جاردن سيتي.
  • مشكلت هذا المشروع إنك إذا اشتريت بيت لازم تدفع اجور الصيانة السنوية. يعني خلك في إيجار ابرك لك
