  Mandahilag Elementary School was improved by the active principal Mr. Anthony S. Tosloc. The school plaza was elevated by dumping stones, gravel, and sands. New school building was erected, new pathway was constructed. As you visit this school, you can see the horizon as it faces the vast sea. This school serves as one of the beauty spots in Mandahilag. People used to go this place during sunset just to see the beauty of the sea that kisses the sky. Making this school a beautiful place not only for the schoolchildren of today but for the children of our children of the next generations... One day you will remember the man who made these things possible.... Anthony Simene Tosloc, the principal.... with his teachers Marites S. Mercado, Diosa J. Achas, Michelle S. Montejo... Engeline B. Obejero...Rezan B. Ke-e... Anecita A. Magallon... Ramonito U. Vicente...and to all stakeholders.... A legacy to the people of Mandahilag, a legacy to the people of the next generations...
