Cindy's Diner is a popular fifties style diner that is considered a Fort Wayne landmark. Originally purchased in 1954 for $6,000, it opened as "Noah's Ark" at 1030 South Clinton. In 1960 it was sold and renamed "Paul's Diner". 1966 saw the building moved to 444 East Berry Street. From 1968 to 1971 the diner went under the name "Jack's Diner" until it became "Marge's Diner" in 1988.

The present owners acquired the diner, restored, and moved it to it's present location, renaming it "Cindy's Diner" in 1990. The diner moved again in 2014 to accommodate construction for Project Emerald Skyline. Cindy's Diner is now located a block northwest of this location at the corner of Maiden Lane and Berry Street.

The specialty of the house is the breakfast entree, "Garbage."
