Nizhnia Apsha (Hungarian: Alsóapsa, Romanian: Apșa de Jos, ) is a village in the Solotvyno Settlement Hromada (community) of the Tiachiv Raion (district) of the Zakarpatska Oblast (region) of Ukraine.
Founded in 1380.
In 1946–2004, the village had the name Dibrova.
