The Anna J. Cooper Circle is both the smallest and most beautiful traffic circle in Washington, DC. In its center is a tiny green oasis of a park. Looking down upon it from the North East corner of 3rd St and T St NW is a fantastical mansion of a building (1901 & 1903 3rd St NW) unlike anything within miles of it. It is worth the trip just to amble through historic LeDroit Park and this circle.
