Like no other residential area, a lot of attention given to landscaping. Have been looking around for a house in Puchong for 2 years before deciding to buy one in Kota Warisan. The residents and business owners are very friendly here.

Very good scheme. Also got Football Academy for kids (8 - 12 year old). Come and see us training after Raya.
