  • Dear Sir or Madam, Refer to your Refer as above mentioned, I am to brief the content of the letter. The content is about Consent to Beneficiary Transfer Affecting Lot 531, Block 225, Kuching North Land District. According to item 4, I have to sign before a lawyer and be affixed with his seal of office. Though I had signed before a lawyer with a legal firm Shamanichelvi Balasingam Peguambela & Peguamcara Advocate& Solicitor Kuala Lumpur, but next to her seal, she stamped with a seal, which is 'For the contents of this documents, I assume no responsibility'. Therefore, I am hereto clarify that I want to stop to proceed the Beneficiary Transfer issue immediately. Yesterday , again I called up your office and spoke to one of a lady, she also advised me to write a letter to them to stop the transferring issue. Actually few months ago, I did write an email to inform Lai & Co Advocates that I disagree with the transferring matter. Today again I write to you by email to inform this matter. Please proceed the legal documents as soon as possible. Formal letter will send to you very soon. Thank you. The main reason I want to stop the beneficiary transfer due to my family and someone from 119, Jalan Green disrespect my mother. I just want to get back the part that belongs to me.
