Commonwealth Stadium is a multipurpose stadium located at the McCauley neighbourhood in the Norwood area of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada which is primarily used by the Edmonton Eskimos of the CFL. It is owned and operated by the City of Edmonton.

The stadium hosted the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and the Athletics events of the 1978 Commonwealth Games. It was also the main stadium for the 1983 Summer Universiade. Other events the stadium has hosted include the 2001 IAAF World Championships in Athletics, the 2002 FIFA U-19 Women's World Cup, the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup, the Heritage Classic ice hockey game, and the Grey Cup games in 1984, 1997, 2002, and 2010. It has also hosted numerous concerts.

The stadium was built from March 1975 to July 1978 and cost C$20,900,000 to build. Its original capacity was 42,500. It was expanded in 1983 to its current capacity of 60,081. It also has a natural grass playing surface. In 2001, the stadium underwent a major renovation costing C$22,170,000.
