Rancho Estate Phase III was developed in 1980 and started to be settled in 1981. It was a sleepy subdivision on the border of Marikina and Antipolo. Use the SSS Village jeepney to get here from Cubao, Masinag, Antipolo, and Bayan ng Marikina (Country of Marikina). Lately, parts of the private subdivision have been turned over to public use. Newer subdivisions were developed on the Antipolo side since the late 90s.
