  • Yes indeed it is in a pathetic state. But the Residents have finally taken matters in their own hands. Case is ongoing in Court and decision is expected to be favorable to residents. It is expected any day now. The Builder was/is a person named Mr. UPPAL who it seems, has Income tax cases pending against him and has also done similar action for a similar society he floated in Dehradun.
  • This is a very big society, its good that residents have taken the matter on their own, once things get sorted out, this will be a very nice place to live.
