That extremely disturbing us epecially at night time because winds could blow the plate to the nearby metal post. That absolutely create noises that even we closed our windows, we still able to hear the noise at all. we are so concerning on the family that lives next to the owner, the owner's address is 3249 e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6 canada. who can help us at all? we are seeking for help, please take a look at the plate at morning/afternoon/night time. everyone, can you hear me, can you read our message for this neighbourhood? we believe that our problem still exist for a period of time. we can even show you guys about the noise problem that we have. The address, 3249 e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6 canada, of the owner hangs out a silver plate at the balcony. a metal post is near the plate. therefore, when wind blows the plate, the plate would hit the post creating loud noises that we can't even imagine how loud is it. However, the sound should be louder than car engine noises. it even had sharp noises that looks like students using their fingers to slide the blackboard. damn, even i'm typing this, i can still hear the noises. so, people in local vancouver should keep track on this owner. we would thank you for this if this problem solve as soon as possible. just spread this news to everyone who is friend with you or just make a notice on the board for people to read. we need a hand for this. please help us, thank you why do we have an owner like that, a plate hanged for 24hours....damn!!!!

i’m sure that God, our father could give us a hand. our neighbourhood in renfrew height area, an owner who living at 3249e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6 canada, hangs out a plate at the balcony, back of the house. we are out of mind that we don’t know what is the plate’s purpose for. it hangs for 24 hours that no one would take it back at night. A post is near the plate. in windy days. the plate would hit the post nearby creating noises that we cannot handle it. most of time at night, eventhough we closed the windows. we still able to hear the nosise. YES noises, how could people sleep/rest with noises? no one could do that. unless the person is deaf at all. So. i’m please that God could give us a hand so we don’t wish to see the plate at night. we in this neighbourhood need a quiet night to sleep. thanks GOD
