The San Antonio Abad Parish is a Catholic Church in Bacolod City, and is under the direct supervision of the Diocese of Bacolod City. The dream of having another parish in the Lupit area of Bacolod City was espoused by Fr. Felipe Jumao-as. It was realized when the late Bishop Antonio Y. Fortich established the parish on June 1, 1967 marked by the celebration of a Holy Mass at the chapel of the Sacred Heart Seminary. The actual construction of the the San Antonio Abad Parish church building, however, was started the early part of the next year, with its first cornerstone laid on January 17, 1968, the feast of St. Anthony Abbot. From that time on, the parish has seen a lot of improvements and changes. Today, it stands as a testament to a dream made into a reality. The current parish priest of SAAP is Rev. Fr. Farley Ray S. Santillan. The complete address of San Antonio Abad Parish is Lacson ext., Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The parish office telephone numbers are +63-34 434-9391 and Mobile No. +63-915 133-9898.
