  • I personally went there and seems Ramprastha Greens is an excellent location for peaceful living. It has no noisy markets, shops and 'malls' within it which makes it very safe as well. I am planning to have a flat booked in here.

  • I came here four years ago and living here till date and I find Ramprastha Greens is a very goog location in Vaishali which is itself a mini township spread in Sector 7.
  • It has been observed that Prometer of Ramprastha is only interested in selling flat. No proper playing field developed for children. For 2 days I have observed that Administrator of this complex is misbehaving with childrens who are playing in a lawn below high tension line. They are shouting on children to not to play in the lawn. When children said there is no place to play inside Ramprastha the reply is that Jahan khelna he khelo lawn me nahin khelna he. Just imagine presently approx. 2000 families are living and in future more then 10000 families will stay inside. As per the plan there is no ground for children. As per the law of land there must be play ground for residents for this much big residential complex. The atrtitude of administrator of Ramprasta is very much arrogent/ gunda type. People book there flat hopping there will be all facilities inside the complex. But till date no facilities comeup since last 5 years. Administrator is interferring in the daytoday life of residents.
  • RAMprastha green vaishali is really clean and green area.Ilive there 4-5 yrs,at that time very few families were living there.now days its become a small town.
  • never go by the name of RAMPRASTHA..apperently it might look like the best location in vaishali but its not worth the penny. as pointed out by other writers this place lack basic amenties..there is no space for community activities inside the complex forget about play ground. One of the high rise building illegally converted stilt into flats and failed to give community space as passed by the authority.
  • Please be aware of Ramprastha's tall claims. just come to the road parallel to high tension wire . there is no street light there and the road condition is pathetic to say the least. and the promoter simply refuses to repair these roads.
