The Pacific Institution and the Regional Treatment Centre are co-located on the Matsqui Complex in Abbotsford, British Columbia.   • No... it's not Matsqui or Fraser Valley Institution - this is Pacific Institution and the Regional Treatment Centre (hospital). It is a multi-level federal institution which houses male offenders sentenced to two years or more. This site houses the Regional Reception Assessment Centre where all male offenders start their federal sentence with assessment processes.
