  • Once upon a time this was the Great Kander Convent(Kandaswami Kandar Matriculation Higher Secondary School,Namakkal). But now it became Kandravi school:-(
  • this is a school which has never tried to get money from the community..but instead has given its service to rural students and increased their hopes by making education affordable by everyone below poverty line.It will soon get a great shape as I am going to take part.....
  • Well... even before that it was just a hostel for Teacher's training school - part of Girls High school. Till '75 there was only ONE boys high school and one girls high school and there was ONE auto. The first town bus started running when they started the Anna Govt. Arts in 72. Kandar school was started in the 70s and it run by a private charity trust - if I am right the family trust in Paramathi Velore (there is a Kandar College in Velore.)
