Originally the Southampton Town Hall which was designed c. 1925 by William J. LaFon. Former branch of the Saks Fifth Avenue department store for over 60 years and later Pottery Barn from 2012-2019. It is now used as an exhibition and auction outpost of Phillips Auction House. The interior was altered by studioMDA.

  • This Saks Fifth Avenue once was Southampton's City Hall, for 60 years it stood at 1 Hampton Road, it once employed 65 employees and it was Saks' 2nd branch store opened in 1928,(Bevery Hills Ca. being the 1st). Opening only 4 months in the summer and was on Main st.
